Diet vs. Exercise What Does What?

Diet and exercise tend to go hand-in-hand in our fitness culture.

Even so, they both play different (and separate) roles when it comes to your fitness. Diet can’t do what exercise can and exercise can’t do what diet can.

Show vs. Go What Do You Reall Want?

 At the risk of over simplification, I believe that most motivations to exercise fall into two main catagories.

-Working out for show

-Workout out for go.

 Show goals are sort of like body building type goals. The goals of the show goals are things like muscle tone, weight loss, inches lost, bigger this and longer that. It’s noting about what you can do, it’s all about the image staring back at them in the mirror.

Why Getting in Shape Can be a Scary Experience

One of the most amazing things I witnessed was how many of the contestants literally turned tail and ran away from the progress they were making.
