Just what is extreme anyway???
Just got a question from my Youtube channel on the video where I bring up the idea that this whole starvation mode thing might be a complete myth.

They write:

“So a 20-30 day juice fast would or would not be extreme?”

It’s not that simple…..

I’m a HUGE fan of simple. I love it so much I have based my entire life upon the principals of simplicity. I even based my one and only tattoo on the idea of simplicity.

But once in a while I come across someone who comments on my Youtube channel or in the gym who says:
